Assynt Honeymoon Couple Session

After getting married in Pennsylvania, Madison & Johnny spent their Honeymoon exploring the beautiful Scottish Highlands. They got in touch with me to book a photography session during their trip to mark this adventure in their lives. After chatting about their trip and the kind of landscapes they love, I suggested we head up to Assynt in the North West Highlands. Assynt has such a diverse landscape from epic mountains to beautiful beaches, and is one of those places in the UK that still feels very wild and remote. As it is one of my favourite parts of Scotland, I was able to suggest lots of places in the region for Madison & Johnny to choose from to match the kind of landscapes they liked and how far off the beaten track they wanted to go.

Madison & Johnny booked a 3-hour couple session with me, giving us time to visit a few locations in Assynt, including Ardvreck Castle, before we finished up at the stunning Achemlvich Beach for sunset. We had an amazing afternoon together exploring the Scottish Highlands and taking some photos of the two of them together on their honeymoon!
