The Secret Garden Wedding, Edinburgh

Julia & Ben were married in a small ceremony down in London but also wanted to celebrate their marriage with their Scottish family in Edinburgh. They planned a catholic ceremony and mass at the unique wooden church of St Andrew’s in Ravelston before heading to the Secret Garden, on the outskirts of Edinburgh, for their beautiful dinner in the glasshouse there. With just 10 guests (including Ben & Julia) it was an intimate and lovely family affair and I very much felt like a welcomed guest too.

The Secret Garden makes for such a lovely reception venue, the guests enjoyed welcome drinks in the luscious glasshouse before sitting down for a beautiful and rustic candlelit dinner amongst all the greenery.
